Assumed the CEO/President/Chairman position during a bankruptcy reorganization and re-issuance of over $47,000,000 of municipal bonds. Guided the 32-acre non-profit full-life community with 2 restaurants, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s and dementia wings back to a solid position.
